Any breach of these terms of usage will result in all rights to the use of graphics on this site being immediately revoked and use of any current use of these graphics must immediately cease!  Yummy Clipart reserves the right to seek any remedies allowable by law to protect the rights of this site and the rights of graphics artists who have created these images for use by the public.

Free use of the photos and clipart, whether for personal or commercial use, will extend through perpetuity, as long as the graphics are used in compliance with the terms of usage.

CONTRIBUTIONS

Contributors to this collection, by the act of contributing, acknowledges that their contributions are original to them and that they have full right to donate the image for use by the public under the terms of usage. 

Contributors further acknowledge that donations to this site may be used, as downloaded from the site,  for commercial products including, but not exclusive to: logos, business cards, candy wrappers, advertisement and marketing materials, articles, magazines, T-shirts, mugs, and other such projects.  Contributors realize that no monetary value is given for any contributions, that photos/clipart are being donated because the contributor believe in the spirit of a free web and their contributions will be acknowledged by name and email (if requested) and website link if applicable.

The photos/clipart on this site may NOT be used to create photos for sale, to add to another collection of photos or clipart available to the public, or as an element in the creation of another graphic when the downloaded graphic is a recognized substantial element of the new graphic created for commercial use, unless it be in one of the aforementioned allowed uses in the above paragraph.

DISCLAIMER

Although Yummy Clipart tries to verify all images contributed to the site as belonging to the contributor giving them full right to donate the image, the slight possibility exists that an image may slip through that does not belong to the contributor.  Since we will not be able to determine who downloaded the images, users agree not to hold Yummy Clipart nor it's contributors, liable for any direct or indirect problems arising of the use of said graphics.

Yummy Clipart agrees to immediately remove any graphics that may be claimed by another as not belonging on this site until actual ownership can be determined. 

Images that have been donated will be identified with the donators name, email and website (if supplied) and, are, most likely safe to use.  Images with no acknowledgment are images created by myself, Dustie Meads, and are undoubtedly safe to use.
